        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to grant 2 months more
   time to pay the outstanding dues to the respondent bank as directed by
   this Hon'ble court in the judgment dated 03-06-2022.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
   dated 03-06-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.T.K.AJITH KUMAR,
   K.T.SIDHIQ, AISWARYA RAMESAN, Advocates for the petitioner in IA/WP(C) and
   SRI.DEVAPRASANTH.P.J., Advocate for the respondents in IA/WP(C), the court
   passed the following:
                                      ORDER

This is an application for extension of time to comply with the directions contained in the judgment dated 03-06-2022 in WP(C) No.14878 of 2022.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the bank submits that the petitioner has not paid any amount as directed in the judgment and therefore, he has not shown his bona fides and he is not entitled to any extension of time.

The petitioner for extension time is dismissed. However, it will be open to the petitioner to approach the bank with a suitable proposal for settlement of liability.
