        OP (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in E.P No.65/2019 in O.S No.363/2010 on the files
   of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Kozhikode pending disposal of the
   Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   10.12.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.SATHYANATHA MENON &
   KAVERY S THAMPI, Advocates for the petitioners and of M/S MOHAN JACOB
   GEORGE, NIGI GEORGE, REENA THOMAS & P.V PARVATHY, Advocates for the
   respondent, the court passed the following:

Sri. Mohan Jacob george enters appearance for the respondent. The interim order dated 23.09.2021 will stand revived and extended by one month.
