The abovesaid Contempt of Court Case has been instituted alleging non compliance of the directions issued by this Court as per Annexure -A1 judgment rendered on 09.02.2022 by the Division Bench of this Court in OP (CAT) No.50 of 2021 (arising out of OA No.387 of 2018 on the file of Central Administrative Tribunal, Ernakulam Bench).
2. Heard Smt.R.Leela, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri.K.R.Rajkumar, the learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. It is common ground that SLP (Civil) preferred against Annexure-A1 judgment in OP (CAT) No.50 of 2021 has already been dismissed by the Apex Court as per Annexure-A2 order dated 04.03.2022 in SLP (Civil) No.5030 of 2022.

4. Today when the matter has been taken up for consideration, Sri.K.R.Rajkumar, the learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit on the basis of instructions that the directions in Annexure-A1 judgment has already been complied with and the results of the selection examination in question have been provisionally published as per Annexure-A1 judgment and appointment and posting orders have also been given to the selected candidates but subject to the result of the pending OA.
5. Smt.R.Leela, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not have any serious objections regarding the correctness of the factual submissions made on behalf of the respondents.
Accordingly, recording the above submissions of the respondents, the above Contempt of Court Case is disposed of.
