Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
granted for disposal of EP No. 125/2022 in OS No. 412/2017, Munsiff Court,
Perumbavoor from 26-06-2022 till 31-07-2022.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment

This is an application seeking extension of time for disposal of E.P.No.125/2020 in O.S. No.412/2017 on the file of Munsiff Court, Perumbavoor.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners/original petitioners that time till 30.08.2022 is required to dispose of E.P., since the witnesses for the judgment debtors are to be examined.
In view of this submission, time for disposal of E.P.No.125/2020 in O.S.No.412/2017 on the file of Munsiff Court, Perumbavoor stands extended till 30.08.2022, directing the execution court to dispose of the E.P. positively within that time.
