ORDER
From the submissions of the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, it appears, that orders have been passed on 22.6.2022 by the respondent CESTAT with the approval of the Ministry of Finance, as conveyed in their letter F.No.A.50050/77/2016-Ad.1C(CESTAT) dated 21.6.2022, ordering the reinstatement of the petitioner as Assistant Registrar in the CESTAT, and that she shall be directed to report to the Registrar, CESTAT, New Delhi, before 11.7.2022.
2. It is brought to our notice that the petitioner has reported for duty.
3. The respondents will furnish instructions as to whether posting orders have been issued to the petitioner, and also as to whether her request that she may be posted to the CESTAT Bench at Bangalore or Chennai, as against the vacancies available there, etc. They may also ascertain the minimum Con.Case(C) No.766/2022 3/4 Cont. Case (C) No. 766 of 2022 ..2..
reasonable time required, for considering her for promotion to the post of Deputy Registrar, in tune with the directions issued by this Court in Anx.A judgment.
