OP (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass
an order staying all further proceedings in EP No.24 of 2008 in OS No.256
of 1998 on the file of the Munsiff's Court, Kottarakkara pending disposal
of the above original petition.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

ORDER
Issue notice before admission to the respondents. The petitioner is also simultaneously permitted to serve a copy of the memorandum of original petition on the learned counsel appearing for the respondents before the Appellate Court and file a memo to the effect. The Registry is directed to call for a report from the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Kottarakkara, to ascertain the status and time period required to dispose of I.A No.3 of 2022 in A.S.No.21/2022. On a consideration of the pleadings and materials on record, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, to defer all further proceedings in E.P.No.24/2008 in O.S.No.256/1998 for a period of two weeks. Post on 13.07.2022.
