JUDGMENT
Dated this the 6th day of July, 2022 Read the order dated 08.06.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a further amount of Rs.1,00,000/- has been paid by the petitioner as directed by order dated 08.06.2022. The respondent Bank is permitted to adjust the said amount including the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- paid by the petitioner pursuant to the order of this court towards the dues.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that if the petitioner approaches the bank, the bank can consider granting of a further OTS (one time settlement) facility in accordance with the norms of the Bank.
Taking into consideration of this submission of the learned counsel appearing for the Bank, this writ petition is disposed of directing that if the petitioner files a fresh application for OTS before the respondent, the same shall be considered by a competent officer of the respondent and a W.P.(C). 12990/2022 3 decision shall be taken. It is made clear that the petitioner shall thereafter comply with the terms of OTS strictly without fail.
