                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 6th day of July, 2022 By judgment dated 29.11.2021 in WP(C) No.26921/2021, this Court disposed of the writ petition directing respondent Nos.5 to 15 to consider any application submitted by the petitioner for political gatherings in the light of Ext.P3 and subsequent orders passed by the Government of India and Disaster Management Authorities.

2. The petitioner has come up with this Contempt of Court Case alleging that inspite of submission of applications, the respondents in the Contempt of Court Case have not considered the applications in accordance with the directions of this Court.

3. Standing Counsel representing the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner himself has not made any application and the applications mentioned in the Contempt Con.Case(C) No.2173 of 2021 3 of Court Case is made by third parties.

In view of the above, this Court finds that there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court, committed by the respondents. The Contempt of Court Case is therefore dismissed.
