                         JUDGMENT

The original petition is filed, interalia, to direct the Court of the Munsiff, N. Paravur to consider and dispose of O.S.No.561/2018, within a time frame.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 31.05.2022 passed by this Court, the learned Munsiff, N.Paravur, by communication dated 10.06.2022, has informed this Court that the suit can be disposed of within three months time after completion of the pre trial steps.

3. Heard; Smt.K.N.Rajani, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri.Franklin Arackal A.R, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

In the light of the pleadings and the materials on record and after perusing the communication of the learned Munsiff and in exercise of the supervisory OP(C) NO. 886 OF 2022 3 powers of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, N.Paravur to consider and dispose of O.S.No.561/2018 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate on or before 31.03.2023.
