          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay operation of the Judgment and decree dated 30.07.2010 of the Hon'ble Addl.
   Sub Court, Irinjalakuda in O.S. No.800 of 2008 and further execution proceedings in E.P. No.64 of
   2021 on the files of the Hon'ble Principal Sub Court,Irinjalakuda thereto,pending disposal of the
   above Second Appeal.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 06.04.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.V.RAJENDRAN (PERUMBAVOOR), N.RAJESH & GOPAKUMAR P.K, Advocates for the petitioner, and
   Sri RAJIT,Advocate for the respondents,the Court passed the following:
