     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the date of
payment from 31.05.2022 by a week from the date of allowing of this
interlocutory application, in order to secure the interest of justice.


     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
dated 24.05.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of K.V.RASHMI, Advocates
for the petitioner in I.A./WP(C) and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for Respondents
in I.A./WP(C), the court passed the following:

                                                     ORDER

This is an application to extend the time stipulated in the judgment dated 24.05.2022. As per the judgment, the date of first instalment was fixed as 30.05.2022. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the judgment was received/uploaded only on 31.05.2022 and, hence, petitioner could not comply with the directions to pay the instalments.

2. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, I am of the view that the application for extension of time should be allowed. Accordingly, the time stipulated in the judgment for payment of the 1 st instalment shall stand modified from 30.05.2022 to 11.07.2022 and the 2 nd instalment stipulated in the judgment shall be paid on 22.07.2022. The remaining instalments shall be continued to be paid as stipulated in the judgment.
