                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 6th day of July, 2022 This writ petition is filed seeking disbursal of arrears of gratuity amounting to Rs.67,518/- from the respondents. It is submitted that Ext.P4 representation preferred by the petitioner is also pending before the respondents.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that it is only on account of financial stringency that the amount has not been released and that three months time may be granted to release the amounts due to the petitioner.

3. In the above view of the matter, there will be a direction to the respondents to release the amount of Rs.67,518/-, which is due to the petitioner as arrears of gratuity, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
