JUDGMENT
The learned Senior Counsel - Sri.N.N.Sugunapalan, instructed by Sri.S.Sujin
appearing for the petitioner, argued this matter for some time; but when confronted by the learned Government Pleader, showing Ext.R1(b) order issued on 18.05.2019 against his client, sought permission to withdraw this writ petition.
2. The learned Senior Counsel submitted that he was not aware that Ext.R1(b) had been issued; but that, in any event of the matter, same is illegal and unlawful. He, therefore, prayed that either his client be allowed liberty to amend this writ petition or to file a fresh one, carrying the challenge against Ext.R1(b).
3. In the afore circumstances, I am certainly of the firm view that, instead of making amendment to this writ petition, it will be better for the WP(C) NO. 4714 OF 2021 -3- petitioner to approach this Court with a fresh one, challenging Ext.R1(b) appropriately.
Resultantly, I close this writ petition with liberty being reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh one assailing Ext.R1(b); for which purpose, all his contentions are left open.
