          PADMANABH, OPP.TOWN HALL, CHIRAKKARA, THALASSERY, KANNUR DISTRICT.

   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT:

          K.T. SREELATHA NAMBIAR, AGED 60 YEARS, W/O.K.T.R NAMBIAR, RESIDING
          AT 37, JAWAHARLAL NEHRU ROAD, CALCUTTA-700 071.

         Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the order dated 11.7.2018 in RCP No.15/2011 on the
   files of the Court of the Rent Controller (Munsiff), Thalassery and confirmed
   by judgment dated 19.3.2020 in RCA No.98/2018 of the Rent Control Appellate
   Authority, District Judge, Thalassery, pending disposal of the above revision
   petition in the interest of justice.



        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 07.07.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SHIFA
   LATHEEF & T.P.SAJID, Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.M.RAMESH
   CHANDER, Senior Advocate along with SRI.BALU TOM & SMT.K.A.SANJEETHA,
   Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the following:

                                             ORDER

The interim order is revived and extended for a period of one month.
