   Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated
   18.01.2018 in AS.No.16 of 2015 of the Court of the Additional District Judge-III, Thiruvananthapuram,
   pending final disposal of this Regular Second Appeal.



          This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 04.04.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
