                                        JUDGMENT

When this Contempt of Court case came up for consideration, the Government Pleader submitted that the representation is already considered and an order is passed. A copy of the same is handed over to the counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In the light of the same, nothing survives in this case. Therefore, this Contempt of Court case is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed, the petitioner is free to challenge the same, in accordance to law.
