JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the following relief:
1. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or such other writ, order or direction calling for the records leading to Ext. P5 and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri. Jobi Jose Kondody, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner on record, submitted that the petitioner is not intending to press the writ petition, in view of a decree passed in O.S. No. 326 of 2016 on the files of the Munsiff's Court, Ernakulam on the basis of a compromise entered into by and between the petitioner and the party respondents.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous, recording the said aspect.
