        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation of Exhibit P8 in the interest of justice.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
   17-09-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.K.R.SUNIL, Advocate for
   the petitioner and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for respondent (B/o), the court
   passed the following:-

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the point raised in this writ petition is covered in favour of the petitioner as for the judgment reported in Sanija.A. v. State of Kerala and others (2020(4) KHC 301).

Government Pleader will get instructions.
