        OP (MAC) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed along with the OP (MAC) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the proceedings including warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner
   in E.P No.632/2015 in OP(MV) No.1400/2007 before Motor Accidents Claims
   Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram, pending disposal of the Original Petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP (MAC) and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.R.T.PRADEEP, M.BINDUDAS & K.C.HARISH, Advocates for the petitioner
   and of STANDING COUNSEL for R3, the court passed the following:

Admit.

Issue notice by speed post to respondents 1 and 2.

The learned standing counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent.

There will be a stay of warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner in EP No.632 of 2015 in OP(MV) No.1400 of 2007 before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram, for a period of one month.
