Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to direct the
respondents to produce the minor child Bhavishnu before this Honourable
Court to hand over the child to the petitioner and on their
refusal/failure direct the Superintendent of Police, Thrissur to ensure
the production of the minor child Bhavishnu before this Honourable Court,
in the interest of justice.
This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's judgment dated
24/5/2022, and upon hearing the arguments ofMR. RAJIT,Advocate for the

We direct the Superintendent of Police, Thrissur to assist the CWC to obtain the child from paternal grandparents, who are the appellants in the case and hand over to the maternal grandparents. This shall be done by 02.07.2022.
Hand over a copy of the order to the learned Government Pleader.
