     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to issue an interim direction commanding the respondents 2 and 3 to afford
adequate and sufficient police protection to the appellant for her to
conduct the L P G Gas distribution agency, without being obstructed by any
person including the fifth respondent, pending consideration of the above
appeal in the interest of justice.
     This Writ Appeal coming on for orders on 01/07/2022 upon perusing
the appeal memorandum, the court on the same day passed the following:

Sri.Sreekumar G.Chelur, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in the W.A/petitioner in the W.P.(C). would submit on the basis of the instructions that the appellant is seriously interested for mediatory efforts for resolving the disputes with the 5 th respondent herein. Sri.Liju.J.Vadakedom, learned counsel appearing for the 5 th respondent herein would submit that if the appellant is seriously interested for bona fide mediatory efforts, then his party has no objections. In view of the abovesaid submissions, it is ordered that the appellant herein and the 5th respondent herein shall personally report before the nodal officer of the Mediation Centre, Ernakulam, attached to this Court at 10.15 a.m. on 6.7.2022, upon which the parties will be referred to a mediator, who may endeavour to commence the mediation process on the same day and may also complete the mediation process without much delay, preferably within one month or so.
