                                                      ORDER

Sri.M.Sasindran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that even now the respondent officer is continuing his contumacious conduct and has rejected the application of the petitioner citing that the subject property is capable of cultivation, if scientific methods are employed. The respondent is given last opportunity to comply with the directions of this Court as per Anx.A1 judgment. If not, the officer shall be personally present before this Court on the next posting date. If the respondent officer is still continuing his stand, then he should explain to this Court as to how the abovesaid condition of the property can fulfill the definition of paddy land as per Sec.2(12) of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008, as on 12.08.2008.

List on 13.07.2022.
