JUDGMENT
Today, when the matter has been taken up for consideration, Sri.T.K.Said alikkutty, learned Standing counsel for the Alamcode Grama Panchayat, appearing on behalf of the respondent Alamcode Grama Panchayat Secretary would submit on the basis of instructions that the respondent officer has now passed order No.A3/425/2022 dated 26.05.2022, after considering the representation of the petitioner and that the main direction in the judgment has been complied with, etc.
2. Counsel for the petitioner makes serious complaints about the manner of compliance made by the respondent Panchayat Secretary.
3. Sri.T.K.Saidalikkutty, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent officer will immediately furnish a copy of the said order dated 26.05.2022, passed by the Panchayat Secretary, in this case, to Sri.C.M.Mohammed Iquabal, learned counsel appearing for the Cont. of Court Case (C) No.1655/2020 2 petitioner, today itself.
4. Further it is ordered that in case, the petitioner has any legally justiciable grievances in the matter, relating to the order dated 26.05.2022, then liberty is accorded to him to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law.
Recording the submissions of the respondent and with these observations and with the said liberty to the petitioner, the above contempt of court case will stand disposed of.
