Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay the entire revenue recovery proceedings initiated by the
respondent as per Exhibits P1 and P2 notice, till the disposal of the
above Writ Petition (Civil).
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S P.V.ANILKUMAR, D.SARITHA, KEERTHI PRIYA A. Advocates for the

When the case is taken up today, the counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner had already approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.8541 of 2019 which had been disposed of by judgment dated 21.03.2019, wherein it is specifically ordered by the Court that no further request for extension or modification of judgment will be entertained if, the petitioner fails to comply with the directions. It is submitted that the directions have not been complied with.
The counsel for the petitioner seeks time to get instructions. Post tomorrow (21.12.2022).
