     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to direct the suspension of the execution of the
sentence as ordered in the Judgment dated 21-7-2022 in SC No.255/2020 of
the Honourable Special Court for the Trial of Offences under the
Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Kattapana) and
order the release of the petitioner on bail till the disposal of the
Criminal Appeal.




     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and and upon hearing the arguments of S.DILEEP (KALLAR), Advocates for the
petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondents, the court passed

Crl.A. No. 877 of 2022 Heard. Even though notice has been served to the victim, there is no appearance.

Crl.M.A. No. 1 of 2022:-

The execution of sentence shall stand suspended on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court below and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire fine amount within one month at the Court below.
