                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to execute Ext. P3 decision and also a direction to the first respondent to repair the Panchayat road leading from Kochuparambil Padi to Ezhil Padi in Ward No.12 of Edathua Grama Panchayat forthwith and collect the expenses incurred from the first respondent.

2. However, today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
