                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to allot a room in the new shopping complex to him instead of Room No. 57 and declare that the petitioner is also entitled for allotment of a shop room in the new shopping complex.

2. However, today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
