This review petition is at the instance of the appellant in Mat.Appeal No.367 of 2022. Though notice was served on the respondent, none appeared in the appeal. Therefore, we dispense notice to the respondent in the review.

2. The limited request of the review petitioner is to permit him to pay Rs.10,000/- ordered as cost as a pre-condition to set aside the ex parte decree, in instalments. It is submitted that due to financial difficulties, he is unable to raise this amount.

Having adverted to the facts and circumstances, we permit the review petitioner to discharge the above amount in three instalments. The first instalment shall be paid on or before 14.09.2022. The other two instalments shall be paid on or R.P No.715 of 2022 3 before 30.09.2022 and 15.10.2022 respectively.

This review petition is allowed as above.
