ORDER
This Court as per judgment dated 12.4.2022 in W.P.(C) No.8531 of 2022 issued a direction to the respondent Water Authority to complete the work and provide water connection to the petitioners and occupants of 55 apartments in three complexes namely, Town House Apartment, Garden View Apartment and Riverdale Town House Villament Apartment at Ansals Riverdale Colony at Eroor, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. Now, the petitioners have filed this Contempt petition, alleging that the judgment has not been complied with. Learned counsel for the petitioners would point out that as per Ext.P2, it is specifically agreed by the Water Authority that the line drawn to the apartment of the petitioners Con.Case (C).No.1492 of 2022 2 shall be of 90mm PVC pipe, and this has not been done.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Water Authority seeks time to get instructions in the matter, especially on the point now raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners based on Ext.P2, which is a document issued by the Water Authority itself.
