I.A No.3 of 2022 in Cont.Case (C) No.1191 of 2022 Heard both sides.
2. This is an application to accept documents produced as Anenxures-A7, A8 & A9 along with this I.A as additional documents to form part records of the main case.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered in the interest of justice that the documents produced as Annexures-A7, A8 & A9 along with this I.A, will stand accepted as additional documents to form part of the records of the main contempt case. However, this will be without prejudice to the contentions of the other side.
With these observations and directions, the above I.A will stand disposed of.

Solicitor General of India, as to the factual details in pursuance of Annexures-A7, A8 & A9, more particularly, as to whether Annexure A-9 letter has been received enclosing therewith Annexures- A7 & A8, regarding the change of name and date of birth of the petitioner to furnish correct details in that regard and whether the sanctioned pension arrears could be disbursed to the petitioner immediately.
