the operation of exparte order/judgment dated 6.3.2021 passed by the
learned Principal Munsiff Court, Thiruvananthapuram in OS No.2370/2014 in
the interest of justice.
     This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

Issue urgent notice before admission by speed post to the respondents. The petitioner is also simultaneously permitted to serve a copy of the memorandum of original petition on the learned counsel appearing for the above respondents before the court below and file a memo to the effect. The Registry is directed to call for a report from the Court of the Principal Munsiff, Thiruvananthapuram, to ascertain the status and reasonable time period required to dispose of IA Nos.4 and 5 of 2021 in OS No.2370/2014.
