JUDGMENT
The prayer in the present Writ Petition is for issuance of directions to the respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P3 request for revision of timings in respect of stage carriage, KL-55-T- 9616 operating on the route Kuttippuram - Tanur, within a reasonable time limit.
2. Petitioner is conducting a regular stage carriage service on the basis of Ext.P1 regular permit and Ext.P2 timings and due to introduction of new services and withdrawal of services, it has become necessary to seek for revision of timings. Ext.P3 request has been submitted seeking revision of timings. The petitioner seeks for an expeditious consideration of the application.
3. I am of the view that this is a fit case where directions are required to be issued to take a call on the representation in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by issuing directions to the Secretary, RTO to take a call on Ext.P3 and pass an order after affording an opportunity of being heard to petitioner and WP(C) NO. 27747 OF 2022 3 all other persons affected on account of the request of the petitioner having been accepted, in accordance within law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the judgment.
