        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to direct the suspension of the execution of the
   sentence as ordered in the Judgment dated 21-7-2022 in S.C.No.255/2020 of
   the Honourable Special Court for the Trial of Offences under the
   Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Kattapana) and
   order the release of the petitioner on bail till the disposal of the
   Criminal Appeal.




        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.S.DILEEP (KALLAR), Advocate for the
   petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR Advocates for the respondents, the
   court passed the following:

                                              ORDER

Public Prosecutor shall issue notice to the victim through the SHO concerned.

Post next week. Till then the suspension of the execution of the sentence passed by the court below u/s 389(3) of the Cr.P.C. will continue.
