        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to order stay of
   operation of and of all proceedings in execution of the judgment and
   decree in O.S. No. 97 of 2012 on the file of Subordinate Judge's Court,
   Attingal, pending disposal of the above RFA.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   order dated 01/08/22 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.B.KRISHNAN,
