        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an interim
   order staying the passing of final decree in the Judgment dated 07.09.2021
   in O.S.No.445/2007 before Principal Sub Court, Ernakulam.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof,and this court's
   order dated 03/08/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
