                              ORDER

When the matter was came up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge sheet is already laid and he is prepared to appear before the trial court and seek for bail.

Therefore, the bail application is disposed of with a direction that an application is moved by the petitioner before the jurisdictional court with an advance copy to the learned Public Prosecutor, the same shall be considered and disposed of on the very same day in the light of the judgment in Sreekumar v. State of Kerala reported 2008(3)KHC 687.
