        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No. 692/2020 in OS 304/2013 pending before
   the III Additional Sub Court at Ernakulam till the disposal of the
   original petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   27.07.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.V.JAYACHANDRAN & RAJU
   V.MATHEW, Advocates for the petitioners and of SRI.K.P.SREEKUMAR, Advocate
   for the respondents 1 to 5, the court passed the following:
