                                      ORDER

It is submitted by Sri.Mahesh V. Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/writ petitioner, that even now no amount has, so far, been paid in compliance of the judgment and that even the remuneration component consisting of the share of the 2 nd respondent-temple is being denied on the ground of pendency of this R.P.

2. The Review Petition will have to be heard by the Bench which passed the impugned judgment dated 25.02.2022 in W.P.(C) No.22550/2020.

3. It is made clear that the pendency of the R.P. cannot lead to the situation of the 2nd respondent-temple denying their share of the remuneration to the petitioner and steps in that regard shall be taken by the 2nd respondent, without any further delay.

R.P. No.586 of 2022 & Con. of Court Case (C) No.1236 of 2022 2 List these cases at 1.20 p.m. in the chambers of AT(J) in order to facilitate the said Bench to deal with these matters, on 15.09.2022. Hand Over a copy of this order to both sides.
