Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 & P4 respectively. The representations relate to effecting of mutation.

3. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that Exts.P3 & P4 are pending and that it will be more appropriate if the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4.

In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4, after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for compliance.
