ORDER
Sri.S.Rajeev, learned counsel appearing for contesting respondent No.2 herein, would submit on the basis of instructions that the 2nd respondent will now pay Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the father of the 1st respondent herein (minor)/writ petitioner, to his bank account, within one week.
2. Smt.A.K.Preetha, learned counsel appearing for R1 herein should immediately furnish the details of the full name, bank account, name of the bank, name of the branch, etc., to which the said amount of Rs.50,000/- is to be remitted by R2 herein. The abovesaid payment will be subject to the result of this writ appeal.
