JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the petitioner alleges that the petitioner had to undergo the rigmarole of litigation for claiming pension as well as the gratuity despite the fact that he is retired and now is running from pillar to post for claiming the provident fund and in this regard, had submitted Ext.P6 request dated 13.6.2022.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that on receipt of Ext.P6, certain clarification has been sought from the petitioner.
3. In this view of the matter, I am of the view that the matter is under consideration. The respondents shall take a call after receiving the information from the petitioner and expedite the disbursement of the provident fund amount after receiving all the documents not later than three months.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
