Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2 nd respondent to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner without insisting on a permission from the 1st respondent.

3. In similar circumstances, this Court had in Ext.P4 judgment, directed the respondent to register the sale deed de hors the communication issued by the 1st respondent on 02.08.2019. Ext.P3 referred to in Ext.P4 judgment is the document produced as Ext.P3 in this writ petition also.

4. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed which may be presented by the petitioner de hors what is stated in Ext.P3, if the document is otherwise in order.
