This Matrimonial appeal having come up for orders on 25.08.2022 upon
perusing this court's order dated 14.07.2022, the court on the same day
passed the following:

O R D E R
A. Muhamed Mustaque, J Reserved for judgment. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents that there is a possibility of settlement. We await the proposal mooted by the learned counsel for the respondents. However, we make the following arrangements in the meanwhile.
2. The mother is allowed to keep the custody of the child from 28.8.2022 (Sunday) evening 5 pm till 31.08.2022 (Wednesday) evening 5 pm.
3. During the Onam holidays, the first half of the Onam holidays, the child will be with the mother and 2 nd half with the father.
Awaiting for the proposal of settlement, we adjourn this matter to 16.09.2022.
