                                JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1 st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P2 claim petition filed under Section 85(8) of the Kerala Land Reforms Act. The petition is seen to be dated 30.05.2022.

In view of the limited prayer made in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P2 application in accordance with law at the earliest, at any rate within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Pending consideration of Ext.P2 application, steps for taking possession shall be kept in abeyance.
