JUDGMENT
The original petition is filed to direct the Court of the Munsiff, Kanjirappally, to consider and dispose of O.S.No.54/2019 (Ext.P1) within a time frame.
2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 16.08.2022, the learned Munsiff, Kanjirappally, by communication dated 19.08.2022, has informed this Court that the suits stands listed in the special list on 04.11.2022. The court below would make every endeavour to dispose of the suit within suit months.
3. Heard; Sri. C.R. Sivakumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. C.B.Bhagyalekshmy, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. In the light of the pleadings and materials on record and after perusing the communication of the learned Munsiff, in exercise of the supervisory powers O.P.(C)No.1524/2022 -:4:- of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, Kanjirappally, to consider and dispose of O.S.No.54/2019, as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
The original petition is ordered accordingly.
