     Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondent bank to consider education loan
application of the petitioner and to sanction and disburse the loan amount
to the petitioner , pending disposal of the writ petition, in the interest
of justice.


     This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
A.SANIL KUMAR Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:

                                              ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the unsatisfactory CIBIL score of the co obligant is no reason for the Bank to deny education loan to the petitioner. In this regard, reliance is placed on Pranav S.R v. Branch Manager, State Bank of India and Another [2020 KHC 4695] and the judgment in W.P(C) No. 3646 of 2022.

There shall be an interim order directing the respondent Bank to reconsider the petitioner's application based on the decisions mentioned above and to take fresh decision thereon within one week.
