        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the respondents not to demolish such portion of the
   building belonged to the petitioners which are not acquired for widening
   national highway, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition(Civil).

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
   02-08-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ABDUL RAOOF PALLIPATH,
   K.R.AVINASH (KUNNATH), E.MOHAMMED SHAFI, PRAJITH RATNAKARAN, RAJ CAROLIN

                                      O R D E R

The Government Pleader to get specific instructions as to the steps taken pursuant to Ext.P5 judgment for acquisition of the land belonging to the petitioner, on which the two rooms which have been acquired as per the award is situated.
