          NEDIYANADU AMSOM DESOM, KOZHIKODE.


          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree passed in AS.No99 of 2019 of
   Additional District Court-V, Kozhikode confirming the decree in OS.No.279 of 2015 of Additional
   Munsiff Court, Kozhikode.



          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 10.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/s.M.PROMODH KUMAR, MAYA CHANDRAN, ABIMALEK C VALSAN, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   Smt.R.BINDU SASTHAMANGALAM,Advocate for the respondent(Caveator), the court passed the
   following:
