          STATE BANK OF INDIA, SBI REPRESENTED BY ITS AUTHORISED OFFICER,
          ASSET RECOVERY MANAGEMENT BRANCH, R.S BUILDINGS, M.G ROAD,
          ERNAKULAM-682 011.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to grant one month
   more from 30-07-2022 to remit balance amount as ordered on 16th June 2022.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
   dated 16-06-2022 in WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.M.J.RAJASREE & K.V.ANIL, Advocates for the petitioner in IA/WP(C) and
   of SRI.M.JITHESH MENON, Advocate for the respondent in IA/WP(C), the court
   passed the following:-
                                      ORDER

This is an application pleased to grant one month more time from 30-07-2022 to remit the balance amount as ordered on 16-06-2022.

Persuing the affidavit filed in support of the interim application, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can be granted a breathing time to make the balance amount since the petitioner has already remitted Rs. 10 lakhs.

Accordingly, the time for payment of balance amount of Rs. 5 lakhs will stand extended till 31-08-2022.
