Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
Court be pleased to stay the operation and execution of judgment and decree dated 25.10.2021 in
AS.No.89/2017 on the file of the Additional District Judge-III, Manjeri and judgment and decree dated
29.08.2017 in OS.No.288/2013 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Manjeri, pending disposal of the above
Regular Second Appeal.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed in
support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.SUDHEER, J.RAMKUMAR, Advocates for

Issue notice to the respondents. Substantial questions of law is formulated as follows:
(a) Whether plaint schedule property is identified with reference to the title deed?
(b) Whether the judgment and decree passed by the courts below is perverse due to misappreciation of evidence?
I.A. No.1/2022 There will be an interim stay of the operation and execution of judgment and decree dated 25.10.2021 in A.S. No.89/2017 on the file of the Additional District Judge-III, Manjeri and judgment and decree dated 29.8.2017 in O.S. No.288/2013 on the file of Munsiff Court, Manjeri, for a period of three months.
